Sodium Polyacrylate as Fisheries Feed Binder (Adhesive)

Our sodium polyacrylate product is particularly well-suited for eel feed, shrimp feed, soft-shelled turtle feed, and high-end fish feed. Typically, fish feed pellets require water resistance for 0.5-2 hours, while shrimp feed pellets need 3-6 hours to minimize nutrient loss and enhance feed utilization. Our sodium polyacrylate is comparable to Japanese sodium polyacrylate product. By adding sodium polyacrylate binder, the feed pellets gain significant water resistance due to its specific adhesive properties. This binder minimally affects nutritional components like vitamins and enzymes, requiring only a small amount for effective use, making it cost-efficient and highly effective. Additionally, sodium polyacrylate can increase the fat content in various eel and shrimp products and outperforms other chemical binders in water solubility.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature to maintain a shelf life of 2 years.

Recommended Dosage: 0.1%-0.4% (varies by customer requirements)

Recommendation: Add additional ingredients to the formula and immerse the finished particles in water to observe and compare the effect of water resistance enhancement.
