Dissolution Method
- Procedure: Gradually and evenly add Sodium Polyacrylate to warm water (20ºC to 50ºC) while stirring rapidly. Avoid adding large quantities at once.
- Important Tips:
- Always add the powder to water, not water to the powder, to prevent the formation of micelles which are difficult to dissolve.
- Maintain the solution’s warmth and continue stirring to achieve a well-proportioned mixture.
- Optimal solution concentration is between 0.1% and 0.5%, with a dissolution time of approximately 30 minutes.
